New EPA greenhouse gas permitting rule announced - now it gets interesting

In April, EPA has announced rules governing greenhouse gas emissions from light-duty vehicles. In May, EPA expanded greenhouse gas emission regulation to the largest emitters of greenhouse gases. The fallout may be litigation, attempts to take EPA's power to regulate greenhouse gases or the passage of a bill that will preempt EPA's regulations. In any event, this should make for an interesting debate.
